Seabrook Island Golf
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Seabrook Island offers 36 holes of Robert Trent Jones; Sr. and
Willard Byrd championship golf located just 23 miles south of
historic Charleston. Lush fairways take you through timeless oak,
magnolia and loblolly pine forests, sea marsh, tidal creeks, and sun
drenched Carolina dunes. A deep water marina, racquet club,
equestrian center, miles of spectacular beach, and restaurants and
lounges offer pleasant diversions from the links.
Unlike all other Charleston area golf resorts, Seabrook's courses are not open to the
public. This privacy ensures resort guests a refreshing pace of
play, available replay rounds and superb service. Both courses will
exceed your expectations in beautiful, undisturbed natural
surroundings and challenging, championship play. The Seabrook Island Club's golf courses were the
first in South Carolina to achieve the honor and designation as a
"Fully Certified Audobon Cooperative Sanctuary Member" by the
Audobon Cooperative Sanctuary System, a program of Audobon
International, and endorsed by the United States Golf Association.
The Seabrook Island Club joined the program in 1995, which
provides information and guidance to golf courses to help them
preserve and enhance wildlife habitat and protect natural
resources.
