According to Gen. Zink, all 18 of the lots in Phase IV have

a limited marsh view. The majority of the lots face Rockville
and Bohicket, including two shrimp docks across on Wadmalaw
Island. There is only limited property on Seabrook Island with
these views. Of the total 18 lots in Phase IV, 14 are
available for sale. Lot prices range from $400,000 to
$750,000, still pre-development prices.
``Several of the lots we've sold in the earlier phases have
re-sold for two and three times the original price," states Gen.
Zink. ``Re-sale prices are so high, it boggles the mind.
Buyers in Phase IV need to understand they are buying for the
future. If they don't buy a lot now, there probably won't be a
chance to get any like these in a gated community with a golf course
and an ocean. These lots are rare finds."
