The Seabrook Island Club

The Club's Facilities

Description: A private equity club owned by property owners The club's facilities include two 18 hole golf courses, golf driving range and putting greens, pro shop, locker rooms, cart and bag storage areas,  Robe's at Seabrook and Bohicket's Lounge.  Located ocean side, the Beach Club complex includes three swimming pools, the Seabrook Shoppe, the Seaview Restaurant, Cap'n Sams, Pelican's Nest, meeting and banquet facilities and the Recreation Pavilion with fitness center.  At the entrance to the island, club facilities include the Equestrian Center, the Racquet Club and the real estate building and maintenance facilities.  Also, the Club owns and manages  Seabrook Island Real Estate, Inc.

Memberships: A membership is an ownership interest in The Club (excluding Junior and Long Tern Tenant Memberships).

Types of Membership: The six types of memberships are briefly described below:

Full

This membership has unlimited use of the golf, tennis, pools, dining, equestrian, shops and fitness center.  They pay no greens or court fees but pay established golf cart and locker rental fees.  Reserved tee times may be made up to 30 days in advance.

Sports

This membership entitles the member to 50 rounds of golf at cart fee only, unlimited tennis at no charge, unlimited use of dining, pools, shops and fitness center.  Reserved tee times may be made up to 15 days in advance.

Community

This membership entitles the member to 25 rounds of golf at guest of member rate, 40 hours of tennis at guest of member rate and unlimited use of dining, pools and fitness center.  This membership has a 7 year commitment unless property is sold and member relocates from Seabrook.

Community Unimproved Lot

This membership entitles the member to unlimited use of all amenities at the resort guest rates.

Junior

The Junior Membership in The Club is a non-equity membership and is available to anyone under the age of 40 in the Full, Sports or Community categories.  The membership fee is a $2,000 non-refundable Application Fee with annual dues and minimum the same as for a regular member in the category chosen.  Upon attainment of age 40, the Junior member may upgrade to one of the regular memberships at the established rates, or resign.  Junior members have no voting rights.

Long Term Tenant

This membership is a non-equity membership designed for people renting a home or villa on Seabrook which may not be covered by a regular Club membership.  The term of the membership can be anywhere from 3 months to 1 year and is available to the tenant(s) on a one-time only basis.  Long Term Tenant Members have use of the facilities on either the Full, Sports or Community level.  The non-refundable Application Fee and annual dues are pro-rated for the length of time the membership is in effect. Long Term Tenant members have no voting rights.
